When adding a form to your dining reservations scheduler, the data captured will show up on the reservation in Sevenrooms.
To get started, setup a form that will capture the relevant information such as allergies, dining preferences, etc.
They can then select these options during the reservation process.
Once selected, the data will flow into Sevenrooms under the reservation details section.
Please note that these preferences don't save in the Sevenrooms profile, however if you have selected the option to pre-fill previous responses on the form settings, then the settings will be pre-selected each time they make a reservation on your website.
